The art and culture of Williamsburg, with its fun street scenes, is just so nifty that I felt the need to do a second post. Actually, there are going to be a third and fourth post shortly following. All of the photographs that I shared yesterday were of the same wall- these are from all around the neighborhood. It felt like summer on the day I was in that area- so sunny and nice! I can't wait until it is in the seventies every day. In August I know I'll be biting my tongue, but right now, I'm just enjoying being able to wear sandals for the first time in months.

The Chronicles of Beach Ninja
This beach, this broken beach, full of pain and sorrow. Knows only one hope, a glimmer of sandy justice to bring peace to this war torn dune. His name is: Beach Ninja!
There he is, Beach.... ok, he is there I promise. SEE this is exactly how stealthy he is. OK FINE...
BEACH NINJA!!! See, he is real. AND awesome. Beach Ninja is out to serve justice in righteous and sandy kind of way.
Beach Ninja (or B.N. from now on) Fights against the mighty gulcor and his right hand motorized demon T-ruck.
B.N. enters the beach, wary of the dangers he is in. But he must enter so he can rescue the fair lady.
Yes, that one exactly.
Seems like she goes for anyone who is moderatly a ninja, and on the beach...

Beach Ninja braves many perils |
And snuck around many adversaries
Things started to get scary so B.N. sat and listened to make sure everything was alright before he set out.
B.N. with confidence started to move towards his goal when all of the sudden!

T-ruck descended upon him!

But everything was ok when B.N.'s super special ally, Batman-Monster-Truck showed up and smashed up T-ruck!
After breathing a sigh of relief beach ninja continued to press forward.
AND THE EVEN SHELLIER WASTE LAND!
Until he came to a clearing
BUT GULCOR WAS CAUGHT UNAWARES AS HE WAS SNACKING!

Beach Haven Moonrise
This is kind of a companion post to my one from two days ago, Beach Haven Sunrise.
As I said before, I haven't really gotten to see the beach much during the day, I mostly see it at odd times. Sunrise is one of them, and sunset is another. But, on this lovely late October day, when the water was warmer than the air, and no one else was on the beach besides a lone fisherman, some seagulls and the sandpipers, I got to see a moonrise.
The moon was completely full- it wasn't the super harvest moon of the month before, but it was big, bright and beautiful.
